Paypal One Cent Donation

If you have a paypal account which you havent used for a while, and have a 1 cent balance which you are thinking of donating either to a charity or individual, then you should be aware that there is a minimum paypal value that can be sent, and it is greater than $0.01!

This means that you can't donate one cent by paypal. While I'm not sure what the costs associated with sending money via paypal is, I'm sure it is greater than 1 cent, so it will be un-economical to even process this small amount of money, so if you have $0.01 in your account there isn't much you can do with it, except leave it in there! Unfortunately you can't invest the penny cent either so that option is not available either, the only person that benefits from the money is the company share holders, cause if you considered the number of paypal accounts worldwide with those small cent balances which the owners have abandoned, it would add up to a fair amount on which the company is acuring interest and this would add up to a fair number of dollars.

I would love to donate my one cent paypal balance, but for the time being I don't have any ideas!
